Privacy Policy

This policy covers the DPRSAI Business Goals app ("the app"), published by DPRS AI Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). It explains what information the app collects, why, and how it's handled. This is an internal tool used by DPRS AI staff and affiliated teams to track business goals and tasks — it is not intended for the general public.

What we collect

• Identity for login — you select your name from a fixed list of authorised team members and enter a PIN. For some accounts, accessing Business Goals additionally requires a one-time passcode (OTP) sent by SMS to a phone number we already have on file for that person.
• Phone number (OTP only) — for accounts with OTP enabled, we use the registered phone number solely to deliver the one-time login code via SMS. We do not collect a phone number directly from the app itself.
• Business data you view or enter — tasks, projects, targets, assignments, deadlines, and related notes that you or your team create while using the app.

We do not access your device's contacts, location, camera, microphone, or files, and the app does not run in the background when closed.

How we use it

• To authenticate you and restrict access to authorised team members.
• To deliver OTP codes for accounts where that extra verification step is enabled.
• To display and update business goals, tasks, and related records within the app.

Where it's stored

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, using standard AWS access controls. OTP codes are single-use, expire after 5 minutes, and are not retained after verification.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing. Data is only accessible to our infrastructure providers (AWS, for hosting, and our SMS provider, for OTP delivery) to the extent needed to operate the app.

Data retention

Business data is retained for as long as it's operationally relevant. Login sessions are stored locally on your device and cleared when you sign out. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us below.

Children's privacy

This app is an internal business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
